No onion, no garlic: where to start

Find published dietary statements, distinguish whole-menu claims from requests, and order with clarity.

Follow the evidence

Gokul Raas states that its dishes contain no onion or garlic. Warung Ijo describes its offering as allium-free; nomVnom’s ordering page also states no alliums. These are business statements, not independent kitchen audits.

Whole menu versus a modification

A business offering a sauce without onion or garlic on request is different from a kitchen describing its entire offering as allium-free. VeganBurg offers selected sauce modifications; we do not tag its whole menu as allium-free.

Say exactly what you avoid

If your practice also excludes scallions, chives, leeks, root vegetables or alcohol, state this explicitly. Ask about supplier sauces and shared preparation if these matter to you.
