When you contribute

Forms collect your name, email, submission and relevant listing or visit information so we can verify, review and respond. Submissions are sent through Resend to our moderation inbox. Your contact details are not included in published listings or ratings. Owner claims are reviewed before changes are accepted. Do not upload sensitive documents; if evidence is needed we will agree an appropriate method.

Community email

Newsletter signup is optional and uses a separate unchecked consent box. A confirmation email verifies your address before we add it to the community list. The consent covers Veg in Singapore discoveries, guides, community news and clearly labelled sponsored content. It does not permit other network businesses or advertisers to contact you independently. Confirmation and consent records are held in our managed inbox; list administration is manual at this stage.

To withdraw email consent, use the community form or email pathlayers@yahoo.com.sg. We will process withdrawal before any further newsletter is sent. Until list administration is reviewed and operational, no newsletters are automatically dispatched.

Services and retention

Sites hosting and Resend process form delivery; email may be processed outside Singapore. Resend manages email delivery and suppression of undeliverable or complained-about addresses. Hosting may retain security logs. We use email verification, limited form size and anti-abuse controls. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for moderation, consent, disputes and applicable obligations; we review these holdings regularly and remove unnecessary records. A pseudonymous reviewer identifier helps detect duplicates; it is not public.

Your choices and contact

Request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion via the submission form or pathlayers@yahoo.com.sg. We may need to verify identity and retain limited records where required or necessary to handle a dispute. Your data is not sold as an advertising audience.

External services

Business links, device sharing, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Fonts are subject to their providers’ privacy practices. The map embed loads when selected. Clearing site storage removes device-local favourites. Browser push notifications are not enabled.
