We do not certify ingredients, suppliers, kitchen separation, strict vegetarian or vegan practice, Jain suitability, religious compliance or allergy safety.
Dietary information and responsibility
Labels summarise published information or reviewed submissions. Vegetarian dishes can include egg, dairy or honey; vegan choices at a mixed-menu venue apply only to selected dishes. Stocks, sauces, garnishes, oil, utensils and preparation areas may be shared. Tell the business your exact requirements and obtain confirmation. Do not rely on this directory for allergy or medical decisions.
Use of the directory
Information is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim responsibility for inaccuracies, omissions, changes and loss arising from reliance on directory content or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not handle food preparation, reservations, transactions or disputes with restaurants.
Submissions and owner claims
Submit information you believe is accurate and have permission to share. You grant us permission to review, edit and publish submitted listing information and content for this directory. Your contact email is not published. Do not submit confidential records, identity documents, payment details or content you do not own. Submission does not guarantee publication. A claim requires verification of authority through a business contact or other appropriate evidence; submitting a claim does not give editing rights or a verified badge.
Ratings, moderation and business responses
Ratings must describe a real visit within the last six months. No threats, insults, discriminatory content, private personal information, unsupported allegations of wrongdoing or competitor manipulation. Businesses and people connected with them may not rate their own listing. Incentivised visits must be disclosed. We may ask for supporting evidence privately, decline publication, remove duplicates or investigate flagged content. Negative experiences are permitted when specific, relevant and responsibly expressed; disagreement alone is not a reason for removal.
Only email-confirmed, moderated entries enter public scores. One published rating per reviewer and listing within six months; a later eligible rating replaces the earlier one. We publish category averages and the number and period of contributing ratings only once there are at least five distinct approved reviewers. Scores measure food, service and value, never dietary purity. Owners can request a response, correction or review through the owner form. Advertising does not change ratings or moderation decisions.
Advertising and sponsored content
Paid placements and collaborations must be clearly marked “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”. Payment does not buy a dietary label, a positive rating or removal of fair criticism. Ordinary finder ordering prioritises fully vegetarian and vegan venues. Any future paid placement will be identified separately. Advertising enquiries do not constitute a booking or agreement.
