Menu coverage and remaining gaps.
We researched all 266 listings that previously had no dishes, and reviewed the 779 other listings that had dishes but no item prices. Business websites, ordering menus, directories, independent reports and readable menu photographs were compared.
1087 of 1104 listings now have named dish references. 789 have at least one published price reference.
Each enriched menu shows its source date and whether it is an outlet menu, another branch’s reference, a delivery menu, a photographed board or a historical report. Undated means the original publication or photograph date is unknown. A date when we read a page is not a date when the business confirmed its menu.
How prices are shown
Prices stay attached to their item, portion and source. Starting prices, sets, whole cakes, sharing platters and per-person prices are identified where published. Delivery and temporary promotional prices can differ from dine-in. Tax and service charges follow the source wording. We omit unreadable OCR prices and do not infer ingredient suitability from a dish name.
Still without a usable dish menu
17 listings remain unresolved after research. Some have conflicting venue identities or dietary information; others have no readable menu. We have not filled these gaps with a similarly named business’s menu.
Price gaps remain
315 listings still have no usable published item price. The research queue records the sources tried. A dish can be listed without a price when its identity is supported but a current or clearly dated price is unavailable.
